HOW SOON CAN I SECURE MY SEAT AHEAD OF CLASS?
Paying ahead is always an option! This works great for students who want to schedule sessions on the weekend, during academic breaks (fall/summer) or for parents who like to stay ahead of the game. The options for planning ahead are only limited by your availability. We schedule our classes according to your schedule.
IS MY DEPOSIT REFUNDABLE?
Your deposit retains your seat with the expectation that you have chosen to show up not for us, but for yourself. We respect how life impacts our students and their families, which is why deposits are transferrable, not refundable. Once you begin the application process, the deposit guarantees your enrollment and your drive time.

TUITION & FEES
Full tuition (regardless of your selected package) must be paid prior to the start of class or before the final behind-the-wheel session. The program includes an 8-hour classroom session and 6/8/10 hours of behind-the-wheel instruction. Payments are acceptable in any form except checks.

Third-Party Testing DISCLAIMER: Knight’s Drivers Academy is a certified Third-Party Tester for the SCDMV. The fee for the program is $60 in addition to the regular tuition and DMV fees for students of KDA and $70 for non-KDA students. Students who participate are not guaranteed to receive a license and may be selected at random by SCDMV to be retested at the time of application for a driver’s license. The knowledge test is offered at $40 per attempt for individuals who are not students of Knight’s Drivers Academy. Individuals are not guaranteed to pass.
